INSURANCE CLAIM LEFT YOU HIGH AND DRY? WE'LL MAKE IT RAIN.
We work directly with your insurance carrier to get your claim approved, fully covered, and fast-tracked to completion.
INSURANCE CLAIM EXPERTS
Everyone can use an advocate in the insurance claim process-- whether your claim has been approved or denied, or if you haven't decided to file one yet. We know the whole thing can be pretty complicated, and adjusters are often too busy to offer much help. What's worse, they often fail to identify all the damage on your home or include the entire scope of repairs required.
That's where we come in. With our broader education and experience as a contractor, we'll find the gaps in your estimate and submit them to your insurance for you. We get the entire job approved, so you'll never have to worry about partial repairs not matching, or old flashings having to be re-used. And the best part is, you only have to pay your deductible. We don't charge any additional fees for our administrative work.
Not sure if you should make a claim?
While insurance companies can't cancel your policy or raise your rates over a weather claim, you could lose your claim free discount if you have one. We'll inspect your property for free and advise you on whether to make a claim based on our findings. Additionally, we'll look over your insurance policy to make sure you don't have any policy exclusions or limitations that would stand in the way of getting your claim covered (matching, cosmetic damage, ACV policy, etc).
Already covered by insurance?
Before you proceed, allow us to work with your insurance company to get you the best possible repair. We'll perform a free, independent assessment of your damages and submit our own scope of work to your insurance company. We'll look for secondary damage, best practice repairs, code upgrades and more, and submit them to the insurance company to get them added to the estimate.
We use the same estimating software and price list as the major insurance carriers, so no need to fuss about price. We'll get the job done for the amount on the insurance company's estimate, so you'll only have to pay your deductible. All the inspections and insurance work is free!
Insurance is paying for partial repairs only?
You've paid your premiums faithfully for years, and now the insurance company is short-changing you on the repairs. Patching your roof or painting your siding just isn't going to cut it! You know it isn't right, but how do you prove it to the insurance company?
We have a database of building code regulations, manufacturer specifications, technical bulletins, trade association guidelines and more, to help dispute partial claims. We have an excellent track record of turning small repair claims into full roofing/siding restorations. If your insurance is paying for one roof vent, one square foot of siding, or a couple of shingles, we'll use that as a foot in the door to get your entire claim approved. Whether we're successful or not, we won't charge you a penny for our work.
Insurance has denied your claim?
If you believe your claim was wrongfully denied, we may be able to help. Our team will conduct a thorough investigation of your property and submit our findings to your insurance company to pursue a second inspection or engineer investigation. If they acknowledge the damage and still deny your claim on a technicality, our supplement team will use their library of legal and building documents to challenge their decision.
We have been highly successful in overturning denied claims of various kinds. And unlike a public adjuster, we don't charge for our services, whether we're successful or not. We get paid when you have us perform the repair.
